A tool developed by Hill & Knowlton to monitor the presence of specific entities (brands, companies, organizations) on web forums, blogs and discussion groups. The tool provides online access to collected data and real time qualitative and quantitative analyses.

Brandz™

Brandz is a database created by the Millward Brown agency affiliated with the WPP group. It contains information collected from 650,000 consumers and professionals from 31 countries that is used to analyze the image of 23,000 brands around the world. It is considered to be one of the most reliable sources of information about brand health.

Compass 2.0

This tool aids the development of communication strategies. It guides the strategy designer through 6 stages (where it offers additional supporting tools), so that the strategy fully meets the client’s expectations.

iRadar

This specialized tool enables us to simultaneously search the archives of dedicated search engines, like Dow Jones & Company’s Factiva or the Technorati and Blogdigger blog searches.
